Since this was our first time building a house, integrity and professionalism were a huge deal to us. Our experience more than measured up to our expectations. They took great pains to provide us detailed, accurate estimates and timelines. (In fact our house was delivered sooner than promised!) They guided us and they streamlined the process, which was great because we just didn’t have the time ourselves. And it was clear to us, from start to finish, that their number one priority is their customers’ interests. We entrusted them with the most significant financial decision we’d ever made, and it was the right choice.

I develop high-rise buildings for a living, but we asked Structure to handle the construction of our home. We couldn’t have been more delighted. You hear horror stories about homebuilding, but our experience with Structure was nowhere near that. It was actually quite enjoyable; so much so that we elected to build our second house with them too. When you step back and look at the process, Structure just makes it so much easier. I always feel with Structure, you don’t have to worry about it – they have no tricks up their sleeves. They are honest with you and in a process that is foreign to most, it’s nice to have somebody that you can trust. Whatever they have told us, they followed up on. From start to finish, they kept an open line of communication – when products would be delivered, when they’d be installed, and what was going to be happening. Even a few years after we moved in, we felt completely comfortable picking up the phone and calling them for any reason. They have been great to work with so we’re doing it again.
